What happens if I’m late to my session?
This is a very quick session, so it’s very important to be on time! It’s always best to arrive a few minutes early (recommend 5-10 minutes) to prepare yourself, get your kids ready, adjust outfits and hair, etc, so that you are 100% ready to go once we start shooting.
If you end up being later than your scheduled session, or do not arrive at all, I will consider your session “cancelled” and your payment will be kept as it is non-refundable. There are other sessions booked before and after you, so we cannot adjust your time on the day of.
How many people can we bring?
You can bring up to 5 people in your household, but if you do want to bring more, please book a second session immediately following the original booking to allow for extra time.
Can we bring our pets?
Yes definitely! Just make sure to have your pet on a harness/leash, and maybe bring a few treats to help entice them to cooperate ;). Also note that if you don't want your pet in all the photos, have someone with you who will be able to grab your pet as we complete the session without them.
What happens if it rains or snows?
I will set a rain date closer to the session, and all monies paid will be transferred to that date. I will email 24-48 hours in advance of the shoot to confirm the date change.
What happens if I need to cancel my session?
Please let me know 24 hours in advance of any cancellation. As I am only offering a small amount of sessions, the payment is non-refundable as it is used to hold your slot.
What are your plans to keep COVID-19 in mind?
This is a great question! I am lucky that I can thankfully keep 6 feet (2 meters) distance at all times while still capturing your photos. Please do let me know if there is anyone coming who is high risk and vulnerable, and I will make sure to put on my mask. I will also have hand sanitizer with me for anyone who wants to use it. Normally during sessions I would come up close, and adjust hair or a shoulder strap (with permission), but I will refrain and advise you on how to adjust yourself. If you do want a very close photo, and feel comfortable with me coming nice and close, I will pause to put on my face mask as well.
